A stunning example of modern, light-filled luxury residential construction in Bethesda, MD. This exceptional project began with the complete demolition of an existing home built in the 1990s. We took the structure down to its foundation and rebuilt from there, creating a home that reflects modern design and superior craftsmanship. The project is adorned with specialty materials including Shou Sugi Ban siding, pre-finished fiber cement panels, corrugated metal, and board-formed concrete.
